Water Monster: Sketch
Water Monster: Sketch

This monster lives in the cold brackish waters of the North. They will occasionally be seen going out into the ocean if food is scarce or for mating. Underneath their long tangled 'beard’ is a hooked beak used for scrapping off shellfish and barnacles from the rocks at the bottom of their bays, it can also be used to break clams, urchins and even turtle shells. The large orb on top of its head is produces chemicals that emits a bright light, this is how the creature communicates: by blinking its light like a firefly.

Owl Bug: Sketch
Owl Bug: Sketch

This creature lives deep in the woods in small tribes. They stand about 2-3 feet tall and live off of an agricultural based lifestyle. They can also be seen hunting mice and digging for grubs. To show their love and compassion they make flower crowns for visitors and for each other.

If they where characters in a video game they would live in a village that is on the farthest side of the map, require to much time and energy to protect, and give you meaningless objects as rewards. However, they are cute, and that alone drives you to protect them.

Chomp Monster: Sketch
Chomp Monster: Sketch

The bulbous form of this monster makes it difficult to walk and move about, so it predominately stays still. Like a Venus-fly-trap, it opens its massive mouth and waves it tongue around until birds or insects take interest. Its massive eyes means it can see in the dark and can trick other predators into thinking it’s body is much bigger than it really is. It has little room for organs, so it dissolves what it has caught in its mouth with its corrosive saliva and has to constantly feed.

Spaghetti Monster: Sketch
Spaghetti Monster: Sketch

This monster survives off of a diet composed completely of spaghetti. Due to spaghetti being more easily available in supermarkets than in the wild, this monster has adapted to a more urban lifestyle. Commonly found in city apartments this monster makes a great roommate! They are quiet and kind but tend to make a big mess in the kitchen due to the fact that they have no arms but still need to cook spaghetti.

Dennis: Sketch
Dennis: Sketch

This little bugs name is Dennis and he’s looking for a new roommate. He doesn’t need a whole room to himself because he’s only 5 inches tall and lives on a desk. He gives great life advice, makes awesome coffee and can typically seen smoking a cigarette while reading a book. He only has one rule though: don’t open the window! There is a crow who lives nearby who has it out for him.

Burnt Soul
Burnt Soul

This monster or spirit only occurs after large forests are felled by fire. Typically a young and slimmer tree is designated the ‘vessel’ of all the trees collective energy. The destroyed forest pours this energy into the tree and a ‘creature’ is born. This creature will break itself off from the burnt husk and walk to nearby land that hasn’t been scared by the recent fire. It will ‘replant’ itself and the cycle of reforestation begins.

Infant God
Infant God

A horrific infantile monster has been found incased in an iceberg floating near Alaska. The ‘ice’ itself has a higher melting point than water and currently is deemed not a threat. However it has been reported that as temperatures rise the grotesque, lidless eye of the creature has been seen to move and dilate.

Storm Walkers
Storm Walkers

These docile mega-fauna produce and carry low level storms on their back. These storms can range from fog, to rain, to snow flurries depending on their geographical location. They have been known to ‘accidentally’ destroy buildings when walking, though they tend to avoid dense settlements of humans. Attempts have been made to coral these creatures near agricultural districts though protestors have made this difficult.

This monster lures its prey by opening its mouth and mimicking a lush plant with many petals.
